Refund policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. 


Refunds for items returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Refunds for items returned more than thirty (30) days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.

Merchandise returned after 45 days will be shipped back to the customer at the cost of $9.95, charged to the original credit card.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEMS

· If you are unable to locate your Return and Exchange Form, a printable return and exchange form is available click here.

· Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning.

· The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

· Pack the merchandise securely, with all tags, in original package if possible. Include a copy of the original invoice.

· To ensure proper processing of returns, all return cartons MUST HAVE THE ORDER # MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE.

· All packages must be prepaid and insured to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted. Preferably send packages via UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for failed deliveries in our warehouse from United States Postal Service.

· Returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer until we receive it. Returned merchandise lost or damaged in transit is the responsibility of the customer.

· Your credit card will only be affected if there is a balance due/owed. Any balance due/owed will be billed/refunded in the original form of payment to the original billed person.

· “Returns process" takes up to 30 business days from the date of our receipt. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email when your return is processed.

· All exchanges are processed as separate transaction. To process an exchange, you must place a new order online

CLEARANCE ITEMS
All clearance sales are final sale. No refunds will be issued. We will exchange the size or style ONLY IF THE REPLACEMENT MERCHANDISE IS IN STOCK. There are no cash refunds. If clearance items are returned for a refund, they will be shipped back to the customer at the cost of $9.95 charged to the original credit card.

SALE ITEMS
All sale items are eligible for refund in the form the payment was made, unless otherwise specified.
